Condensation and mould growth is a real pain!
Without going too far into the technicalities of the issue and why it is happening (as I’m sure you’re thinking I don’t care just help me fix it!) condensation occurs when humid air particles are cooled down below the temperature (dew point) at which it can hold the amount of water it has absorbed.
Fixing condensation and mould issues is very complicated and can be a real trial and error process, first we need to deal with the areas of the home that create the most moisture (kitchens, bathrooms) and make sure adequate extraction and ventilation of humid air created is in place.
